By accessing or using the services provided by Mobix Digital Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or engaging our services.
Mobix Digital Solutions offers custom web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and cloud infrastructure services. All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be explicitly defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract.
Upon final and full payment of all invoices related to a specific project, 100% of the intellectual property rights, source code, and design assets are transferred to the client. Mobix retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.
The client agrees to provide timely feedback, necessary assets (such as logos, text, or server credentials), and prompt communication. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions.
Mobix Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
