This Return Policy applies primarily to digital products, software licenses, or downloadable assets purchased directly from the Mobix Digital Solutions Store. Custom agency services (such as web development or marketing retainers) are governed by our Refund Policy and explicit project contracts.
Due to the nature of digital goods (software, templates, scripts), returns are strictly limited. We will only authorize a return and reverse a transaction if the digital product is proven to be defective, corrupted, or fundamentally different from its description on our store.
If Mobix Digital Solutions ships physical hardware, promotional items, or physical tokens, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged.
To request a return for a store purchase, email contact@mobixdigitalsolutions.com with your order number, receipt, and a detailed explanation (including screenshots if applicable) of why you are requesting a return. Our quality assurance team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
Any digital product that has been downloaded and successfully installed, activated, or customized cannot be returned. Source code purchases are final sale.
