Custom projects require a 50% upfront deposit to commence work. If you choose to cancel the project before any substantial design or discovery work has started (within 48 hours of payment), we will issue a full 100% refund of the deposit.
If you are unsatisfied with the deliverables during a specific milestone phase (e.g., initial wireframes or UI mockups), you may request a revision. If, after multiple revisions, you wish to terminate the project, you are not obligated to pay for subsequent milestones. However, payments made for already completed and approved milestones are strictly non-refundable.
Monthly retainer services, such as Digital Marketing, SEO, and Server Maintenance, are billed at the beginning of the month. These fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day notice to prevent billing for the following month.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
